About Me

I originally studied psychology in England right after graduating from high school. Three years in Bath and one year in London quickly showed me that Austria isn't that bad of a place to live in, and after completing my BSc I moved back home.

 

I started my Masters degree in Vienna, but then in 2015 the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna "got in the way". I really wanted to help shape the ESC and I therefore put my studies on hold to be part of the core team.

After this fantastic experience I started a part-time master’s degree in "International Business Management" with a focus on culture and event management. I continued to work in event management and finally graduated with my degree.

My path then led me into marketing at a large Austrian corporation and to a job that I enjoyed doing for a long time.

​

 

But I was soon drawn back in to the direction I had originally taken. After all, I wanted to help people, not create fast-moving campaigns.

​

And so, in September 2019, I began the master’s course "Psychosoziale Beratung / Lebens- und Sozialberatung" of the ARGE (education management), Sigmund Freud University and u:bm (University Institute for Consulting and Management Sciences).

​

At the start of 2022 I was certified as a counselor and have continuously attended further training in sexology and sex therapy.​
